The Process

To begin with, we explore the nature of your business with you over 1-2 free discovery calls to learn your pain points and what makes your business tick.

Once an approach is agreed that work for both parties, we’ll agree dates for work to be completed. Remember that work (and therefore cost) can be spread over many weeks & months.

All of our work includes a handover and video demonstrations of what’s been completed for your records, and also to train other members of staff.

Case Study: Collext Logistics

Collext Logistics is a Manchester-based, family-run fulfilment, storage and logistics provider to e-commerce and wholesale businesses.

After 6 years of steady growth, Collext had identified a number of admin-heavy areas that were draining time, money and effort. In addition, Managing Director Craig Parren was keen to remain a lean operation throughout the next growth period, and understood that Excel spreadsheets and disparate communication with customers was cumbersome and required a better solution.

Following a 3-month program of work, Collext now manage key business areas in a new, central cloud-based system within their Office 365 subscription.

New CRM (customer records) system, with estimate and quoting features and customer document libraries for important emails & documents.

Automated replenishment, including custom scanner app to log pallet usage. The new system even alerts staff when to re-order materials (and how much) based on recent usage.
